Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right, within 14 working days of receiving the purchased products, to exercise the right of withdrawal. This right consists in the right to return the products received and to obtain a refund of the price paid. To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the Customer must send the communication via e-mail to the address: info@crimosh.it

Once the communication has been received, Crimosh di Cristina Mocchiutti will inform the customer of the return methods for the product(s). The customer must ship to the address:

The transport costs and the responsibility of the goods during the return shipment are charged to the customer. The package must be in perfect condition, with the original packaging and label, in the box in which you received it.

All customizations made at the request of the customer, garments made at the request of the customer, as well as any other modification expressly requested by the customer on each part of the ordered good, are excluded from the Right of Withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is lost in the event that the products are returned damaged (for reasons other than transport) or missing parts, accessories and components.

For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to acknowledge receipt of the item. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method within 30 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.



Changes (if applicable)
