Shipping and returns
Crimosh di Mocchiutti Cristina's shop accepts orders only from the European Union territory. The cost of shipping is charged to the buyer and is €12 for standard shipping in UE, €5.99 in Italy. Shipping is free for purchases of more than €150.00. The customer can request a copy of the invoice or tax receipt within three months of its issue.No responsibility can be attributed to Crimosh di Cristina Mocchiutti in the event of a delay in the order or in the delivery of the order. Upon delivery, the customer is required to check:
– that the packaging is intact, neither damaged nor wet, or otherwise altered;
– that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
Any damage to the product or to the packaging or the lack of correspondence of the indications must be immediately reported to the courier by affixing WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the courier's document has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
Shipments are made within two working days of receiving the order for products in stock, delivery times are estimated at a further 6-10 working days. For products not in stock, the conditions of "Customized items or pre-orders" apply.
